Tearfund work worldwide with local churches where there is need, to help end poverty and rebuild poor communities. They work in a wide range of fields, from marginalised group, to dealing with global issues such as HIV and climate change. More information can be found on the Tearfund website.

The Children's Society is a national charity that runs local projects to help support children when they have nowhere else to turn. They also campaign for changes to laws affecting children and young people. More information can be found on The Children’s Society website.

WaterAid work worldwide to give access to clean, safe, sustainable sources of water for all. This not only transforms lives in terms of disease prevention and enabling better agriculture, but also enables girls to receive an education instead of trekking long distances every day to fetch water. Christian Aid is a Christian organisation that aims to eliminate poverty and provides urgent, practical and effective assistance worldwide, wherever it is needed. Further information can be found on the Christian Aid website.

The Mission to Seafarers is a Christian charity that supports seafarers of all ranks in over 200 ports in 50 countries, offering chaplaincy and advice and practical support to any seafarers who need it. More information can be found on The Mission to Seafarers website.

Crisis Centre Ministries is a Bristol charity that aims to help people going through life disrupting problems such as homelessness and addiction. Among other things, they run the Wild Goose Drop-in Centre and the Spring of Hope Women’s Night Shelter. Further information on their work can be found on the Crisis Centre Ministries website.
